Attendee special access requirements
Please let us know if you have any accessibility requirements so we can ensure your time at the Festival is as comfortable and accessible as possible.
Managing Dietary Requirements: Important Information
The festival organising team, along with the venue strive to accommodate the medical dietary needs of our attendees, recognising the importance of such requirements for individuals’ health and well-being. Due to the high demand, vegetarian and gluten-free options will be included in most catering throughout the event. However, while we endeavor to meet specific dietary needs related to allergies, intolerances, or medical conditions, we regret that we cannot guarantee the fulfillment of all requests. Although the venue will do their utmost to accommodate these requirements, the diverse nature of dietary needs and the large scale of the conference may limit our ability to cater to all requests comprehensively.

Thank you for registering to attend the 2025 APS Festival of Psychology. You will shortly receive a confirmation email containing your payment receipt. APS Conference and Events
APS 2025 Festival of Psychology: A Safe, Inclusive, and Welcoming Space.
The Australian Psychological Society (APS) understands the profound importance of creating environments that are inclusive, safe, and supportive for everyone.
The 2025 APS Festival of Psychology is committed to fostering a space where all attendees, regardless of their chosen identity, reflecting gender, race, religion, and lived experience, including neurodiversity, can engage fully and feel respected.
We especially honor and welcome the participation of First Nations people, recognising their rich cultural heritage and the invaluable perspectives they bring to our shared focus on nurturing social and emotional wellbeing.
In organising this festival, the APS has taken deliberate care to ensure that the needs of all individuals are considered and accommodated as best possible.
We ask all attendees to contribute to a respectful, open, and understanding atmosphere, which is mindful of the diverse identities and experiences represented.
Together, we can model the values of empathy, inclusion, and mutual respect that are central to our profession and make this event a meaningful experience for everyone involved.
