Required attendance

Please review the below schedule and confirm you are available for all listed dates . Unfortunately if you are not available to attend the three full days of conference programming, your application can not be considered.

 

Day 1 (includes pre-event briefing)     Friday 16 May 2025     9:30 am - 5:30 pm
   

    5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

   (Welcome Reception, optional)
Day 2     Saturday 17 May 2025     8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Day 3     Sunday 18 May 2025     8:00 am - 4:00 pm
