Thank you for expressing interest in volunteering at the 2026 APS Collège of Educational & Developmental Psychologists conference.

Required attendance

Please review the below schedule and confirm you are available for all listed dates . Unfortunately if you are not available to attend the two full days of conference programing, your application cannot be considered.

As a volunteer, you will receive the following compensation for your time:

• Complimentary registration including Welcome Reception ticket
• Please note, you will not receive any financial compensation for your time.
• Volunteers are responsible for arranging, and making payment of all travel, accommodation and any additional food and beverage costs associated with attending the festival

Volunteering offers you the perfect opportunity to: 

• Meet other like-minded psychology students from a range of universities 

• Gain career clarity and advice from discussions

• Attend the conference at no cost for a wealth of education

• Build your network and connections within the industry

As a student volunteer, you will be: 

• Welcoming and directing attendees  
• Providing directions (session rooms, toilets, lunch...)  
• Supporting technical queries (wifi, registration, conference app...)  
• Supporting session chairs and presenters  
• Assigned to specific rooms to monitor the session 
• Receive complimentary registration and access to the event (all other expenses such as travel and accommodation is your own expense)
