Valerie Ling is a Clinical Psychologist and leads a global-serving group psychology practice based in Sydney. She also operates a Leadership and Wellbeing consultancy, focusing on fostering trauma-informed practices in the workplace to create environments free from burnout and psychosocial hazards. In 2023, Valerie received the Allied Health Educator Excellence Award, and her team earned bronze at the Stevie International Awards and were recognized as Australian Small Business Champions. Having completed a Masters of Leadership, Valerie is a 10 times credentialled leadership expert.
