Details

Report writing is a critical key skill for psychologists, yet one that is often under-developed due to minimal training, limited resources, and infrequent feedback available to guide the process. When written well, reports convey meaningful information with clarity and insight, and lead to helpful outcomes for the client. In addition, they reflect positively on the profession more broadly, and on the writer more specifically. However, underlying a good report is a foundation of impeccable ethics, deliberate diversity awareness, careful practice and thorough knowledge of processes. This session will help you conceptualises these elements to develop a sound base from which you can enhance your report-writing and case note skills.
