Biography
I work as the CEO of PsychMed, a large private practice in South Australia. I am an endorsed clinical psychologist and board approved supervisor. I am also in the role of Acting Chair for the APS State Committee.
My clinical interests are varied although my current workload consists of primarily assessment work (cognitive, educational, disability, neuro, and medico legal) with a mix of therapy through NDIS and Medicare. I believe in supporting the community and also provide regional services through education systems.
I am always happy to take on clients and to discuss and support up and coming psychologists in their developmental pathways.

Biography
Andrea is an Educational and Developmental Psychologist and a board-approved supervisor. She works at Mercedes College as a College Psychologist, supporting students and their families from Reception to Year 12. She also provides private supervision to Educational and Developmental Psychology registrars. She is the chair of the APS College of Educational and Developmental Psychologists, SA and NT section. Andrea is passionate about supporting psychologists to develop their skills and gain confidence. She encourages collaboration and networking between psychologists to improve practices. In her work, she uses comprehensive assessment and intervention practices to support students and their families to navigate challenges.

Biography
I am a Lecturer and Senior HEA Fellow in the School of Psychology (at The University of Adelaide). I undertake a range of teaching and research activities, including the supervision of Honours students, Course Coordinator for the Graduate Diploma in Psychology, member of the Adelaide Education Academy, and a member of the Diversity and Inclusion in Teaching committee. I am interested in improving practice in the field of psychology education, whilst engaging in the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning more broadly. My PhD research explored the development of graduate attributes among psychology students, resulting in a new definition of ‘psychological literacy’. I was awarded the ASCILITE ‘best paper’ prize for my research into building rapport in online learning environments. I have also published peer-reviewed research on the relationship between GenerativeAI and academic integrity, and co-creating teaching materials with students.

Biography
Bart is the Principal Psychologist at Mind to Mind Psychology (formerly known as Central Psychology Services). He is a Clinical Psychologist who has worked with a diverse range of mental health presentations, from Salisbury to McLaren Vale, and suburbs in between. He has an interest in working with military and emergency services personnel – as well as medical, healthcare and community services professionals. Bart has expertise working with Trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, as well as Anxiety Disorders. He enjoys helping people with a ‘busy mind’, with a tendency to overthink and worry; people who struggle with ‘people pleasing’ and want to develop their assertiveness; and those who experience perfectionism or unrelenting standards. As someone who comes from a rural background, Bart enjoys meeting and working with people from all walks of life.

Biography
Emma Scharkie is a Sport & Exercise Psychology Registrar, who has a worked almost exclusively in sport and performance psychology for the past 8 years. She started her career at the South Australian Sports Institute where she worked across multiple sporting programs and has since gone into private practice. As a private practitioner Emma has worked across a wide variety of sports including cricket, swimming, athletics, gymnastics, basketball, horse racing, and tennis. Emma currently works in her private practice and holds the performance psychology role at the Adelaide Crows with the AFLW program. She balances her psychology workload with running a sheep property with her husband in the mid-north of South Australia.
