Biography
Amanda Moses is a Senior Psychologist, Board-Approved Supervisor, PhD candidate, and passionate advocate for neurodiversity-affirming practices. She specialises in supporting early career psychologists through mentorship, professional training, and practical resources designed to ease the transition from student to professional practice. Amanda is the creator of the National Psychology Exam Preparation Course, hosts an active online community for early career psychologists, and regularly writes about navigating career challenges in her Psychology Today blog. Drawing on her extensive clinical experience and her personal journey as a neurodivergent psychologist, Amanda is deeply committed to empowering psychology students and new graduates to thrive professionally and personally.

Dr Amy Talbot (she/her) is a Clinical Psychologist, board-approved supervisor, and Director of The Talbot Centre—a multidisciplinary healthcare service in Sydney’s northwest. With experience across hospital, tertiary education, and private sectors, Amy brings a broad and realistic perspective to navigating a psychology career. She is passionate about helping early career psychologists build sustainable, values-driven practices, and is known for her down-to-earth, honest, and engaging approach. Amy has received multiple awards in recognition of her leadership, innovation, impact, and contribution to workplace culture, including being named Australian Psychologist of the Year in 2018. She has taught in psychology programs across five NSW universities and provided supervision and mentoring to hundreds of clinicians and teams across Australia. A strong advocate for innovation in service delivery and professional development, Amy is committed to supporting the next generation of psychologists to thrive—not just survive—in a rapidly changing healthcare landscape.

Performance Psychologist working with multiple organisations, including Surfing Australia, Golf NSW, NSWIS athletics and Equestrian Pathways Australia. Works privately with individual athletes of all levels, from recreational to elite, as well as coaches and other performance support staff. Has previously worked with the Young Matildas, South West Sydney Academy of Sport, Archery Australia and NSWIS triathlon. Current Sport Psychology tutor at the Australian Catholic University.
