Hobart | Psychologist Wisdom Panel
Biography
I have been working as a School Psychologist for 25 years. During this time I have worked in the north of Tasmania in the public school system. For 13 of those years I have been a Senior School Psychologist and a Board Approved Supervisor. I am passionate about providing a high quality psychological service in government schools. Students and their families are constantly teaching me new things about development, relationships and community. I completed my undergraduate and honours program with UTAS and was in the first honours group to study from the Launceston campus. I completed the now retired 4+2 pathway to registration. Shortly after obtaining my registration as a psychologist I completed a Bachelor of Education degree which has been helpful in my work with schools and teachers. I have been fortunate to be able to work with some highly skilled School Psychologists and receive excellent supervision across my career which has helped shape me as a professional and person.
